Maha Lozi Designs

Helloooo! How is your weekend going?
Mine is good, pretty busy working every single day. But I am not complaining!

Today I've been shooting for Maha Lozi, a jewellery designer who is shooting her next upcoming collection.
What can I say, it was such a easy and enjoyable job, for real. I'm totally satisfied because it was not the typical jewellery catalog but something more into editorial kind of. The moodboard was strong, a little bit edgy and sexy. MY THING, specially for the edgy hehe (I'm a weirdo).

Here some pics from today, obviously I cannot show more of the jewels or final pictures, that's a secret we may keep until they come out! :)

Sleek Limited Nautical Collection

Today what started as a normal shopping for basics I was running out of, ended as shopping two new palettes from Sleek.

Who doesn't know the brand yet, it is a must. It's incredibly affordable, but also the quality of pigments is amazing for the price. The only bad thing about this brand is they don't really have much variety in their products, and that's another reason why I bought this two palettes straight away when I saw them.

The bikini series - Part II

Oh, summer.

I can't believe how fast time flies when you're enjoying, that's exactly what is happening to me during my holidays. I have been in Spain more than two weeks and feels like it was yesterday when I left London (again). But this is almost over, I'm coming back to London this weekend. It's time to work!

Anyway, as the only thing I'm doing here is being on the beach 24/7 with my family, I have nothing to post but bikini pictures. Sorry for that. Haha.

The bikini series - Part I

Hello guys!

Omg, it feels kinda good to have limited internet access for a bit, I just have this one coffee bar downstairs where I can  have access to wifi, and excepting my phone data that's all!
I'm enjoying my holidays so much, honestly so many people is asking if I went to Ibiza, and maybe the place where I am at is not that fancy, but I have been coming to the same place every single year since my birth , and before that my mother, and my granny as well. Every year I'm looking into some familiar time rather than super fancy holidays somewhere else since I can't see my family as often as used to when I lived in Spain.

In the other hand, I'm getting tan!
I don't know what to do, I'm quite scared of what my agency is gonna say to me, and I'm trying not to get too dark but it's hard!!! Two weeks in Spain, I don't know how to manage to control my skin color thou, even if I'm not naturally a dark-skin girl anyway.

Ready, Set, Go! / Working for TIGI

Hi guys!

It's my last day in Madrid, so I'm packing all my stuff before heading to the coast for two weeks, I'm so excited!
I need a proper holidays so much, there where I'm going, I will have not even a proper internet connection, so I'll be a bit more out of all this. I'll update my blog anyway sometime, don't even think I'm gonna stop posting for the whole two weeks. No way! haha.

Well, today I bring you a few pictures about the shoot I had last Thursday for TIGI in London. I made a trip go and back in the same day for this, so imagine, I had to get a flight so damn early in the morning. But whatever, the job was great, I knew almost all the team because I already worked for their campaign about two years ago.

Madrid - Telva

Hello from boiling Madrid!

Honestly, I can't remember the last time I had to deal with such a high temperatures, not even last summer when I came here for holidays was this hot. But it's ok, I miss that when I'm in London.
I arrived to Madrid on Tuesday night, and next day I worked for Telva Magazine here in Madrid, in their annual trend show. I have been doing it for the last three years, and it feels really good to see all my "spanish model family", so I really couldn't say no when they asked me to do it!
The show itself was really good, easy, I was specially happy with my outfits and easy-to-wear shoes, as I normally have shoe problems because of my small feet (I'm a size 5, 38 in Europe, and that's quite small when you're 5'10!).
After the show, I went straight to the hotel to sleep, next day I had a job in London and had to wake up really early (I will explain more about this job in my next post).

Heading to my hometown!

Hi guys, this is a quick update before heading to the airport. I'm coming back to Madrid for a few days!!
I'm so happy to see my family. I also have a job there tomorrow for Telva, and next day I'll probably be back to London for a one-day-trip to work here. Crazy.

Well, I just wanted to show you a few pictures I shot in LA with Ezra Patchett, I love them!!

Atterley

Omg, what a intense week I had!
I honestly couldn't wait for the weekend to come this time, I needed to wakeup late so badly. Yesterday I was so tired I even ordered Thai food for delivery, the simple idea of cooking anything, even warm a soup, wasn't really tempting to me at all.

What happened yesterday? Well, I was shooting for Atterley here in London, and I really really enjoyed it.
The team was just so lovely to me... and that makes everything more enjoyable, Isn't it?
Ok, so we were shooting in Waddington Studios, at Islington borough, (inside and outside located) a few (more than a few) looks for this Summer. The photoshoot was inspired in real "street style", so no super posed, just natural and casual, same as makeup and hair. Simple and fresh.

You Magazine @ Glebe Farm, Colchester

And again, another road trip in one week!
Seems like I'm gonna get some really nice pictures for my book, this week is being great talking about editorial working. Always happy to have something fresh in my portfolio, since in LA I worked mostly in commercial. (that's LA thou!)

Well, this time we went to Glebe Farm to shoot for You Magazine (always happy to be back since is not the first time I work with them!), and it was a long and intense day. It was one those challenging shootings where I had to deal with facts like cold, nettles, insects, etc. Specially for the last thing, I'm just extremely paranoid about mosquitos and spiders, I just can't! (The mosquito phobia comes from Milano, were I always have to deal with the tiger mosquito and their painful bites).
Well, as you may imagine I had to jump, pose, and even lay down in the middle of the field, were you can find any kind of insect you can imagine and pretending I was enjoying it. The struggle was very real, but thanks God I'm quite good at faking this kind of situations at work.
